A nose of freshly turned soil, cup mushrooms and carob are a complimentary difference to a palate that shows more fruit than the aroma would imply. Candied Raspberry and ripe Strawberry up front lead to a long, fine structured midpalate of stalk tannin and hints of white pepper and spice.
