In early March we hand-picked our young Pinot Noir block as well as a little Kuitpo Gewürztraminer. They were co- carbonic macerated (think Beaujolais Nouveau) to become forever friends. Raspberry jube, lychee and rose petals on a bed of herbs. The perfect all day-aperitif ensued, served with a chill.
